Please click on your campers location to access all field trips forms for the summer!​

These forms can be completed using a desktop computer, laptop, or smartphone. Save each pdf file, tap on the blue box to begin typing, resave the file, and upload them to childpiot under 'family documents'.
​
Please note campers must wear their green camp shirt for all field trips day. Additional shirts can be purchased at the front desk for $15 per shirt, this will be charged via childpilot.
