Service Description

This 5 week class will encompass ways to move your body creatively in a fun and inspiring way. Such as using silk scarves and ribbons as well as musical instruments. Dance is a great way to learn community building skills as well as on ways to expand one's imagination. On top of the emotional skills dance provides it is also great physically for your body. Things the class will include: - Community circle dance - Mirroring learning non verbal cues as well as being spontaneous - Space improvisation - Energy and emotions/ recognizing and expressing them
